Rules and Regulations

  • All the students are required to be punctual and are not allowed to miss classes without genuine reason and without prior permission from the class- coordinator and Principal.
  • Student must obey the rules and regulation of the polytechnic college.
  • Students are not allowed to meet visitors during class/practical posting.
  • If any student is absent from class or clinical experience, make up of this as 1:2 days compensation. Sick leave in excess of 10 days must be compensated by the student and they have to produce medical certificate from a doctor with at least MBBS degree. All make up days will be completed every year before proceeding on vacation.
  • Vacation is granted by the college as per regulations.
  • Any student having sickness while on leave must inform the institution and bring a medical certificate from a doctor with at least a MBBS degree.
  • Each student is responsible to pay the entire academic fee within the stipulated time.
  • Visitors are not allowed during class/clinical hours except on allotted days.
  • Teaching faculties are responsible for allotting students in respective practical posting.
  • No student is allowed to stay in the hostel during class/clinical hours without prior permission from the concerned authority.
  • They must be active, punctual, obedient and taking leadership in doing good.
  • Students should wear full uniform along with badge & ID card during class and practical hours. Jewelry or any kind of makeup is not allowed.
  • The students are not allowed to participate in public agitation or demonstration or strike. This may lead to strict action by the college
  • It is compulsory that all students should purchase their own text books every year.
  • Any leave taken by the student without permission of the Principal will be considered as absent and will lead to disciplinary action and a fine of Rs 100/- per day or as decided by the Principal/ Management.
  • The Student will be held responsible to cover up, if there is any damage or loss caused to the physical facilities of the college, hostel or hospital.
